Аннотация

В данной статье рассмотрено современное состояние проблемы лихорадки неизвестного происхождения у детей. Представлены основные этапы изучения данного вопроса с описанием механизмов лихорадки, проанализированы причины лихорадки у детей разных стран, представлен дифференциально-диагностический алгоритм ведения больных с лихорадкой неизвестного происхождения и проанализирована диагностическая ценность наиболее значимых лабораторных и инструментальных методов исследования. Показано, что диагностический поиск при наличии лихорадки неизвестного происхождения включает выявление клинико-лабораторных признаков, обуславливающих особенности целенаправленного обследования пациентов по использованию наиболее информативных для конкретной клинической ситуации диагностических методов. Вопрос же о целесообразности назначения лечения до установления причины лихорадки должен решаться врачом строго индивидуально, в зависимости от конкретной клинической ситуации.
