Тромбофилия у детей: что и когда необходимо тестировать

В последние десятилетия отмечается увеличение заболеваемости венозным тромбоэмболизмом (ВТЭ) детей всех возрастных групп, а также его связь с наследственной тромбофилией, что приводит к повышению тромботических рисков. При исследовании наследственной тромбофилии наиболее распространенными тестами являются АТ III, протеин С, протеин S, фактор V Лейдена и мутация фактора II протромбина. Тестирование наследственных тромботических факторов риска должно быть индивидуализировано. Консультирование и ведение пациентов с ВТЭ и выявленными маркерами тромбофилии должен осуществлять опытный гематолог или специалист в области гемостаза.
