Аннотация

Представлены результаты наблюдения трех пациентов с вторичными опухолями головного мозга (ВОГМ) — фибринозная астроцитома, олигодендроглиома, доброкачественная менингиома, диагностированными через 6 лет 1 месяц, 7 лет, 7,5 лет соответственно после завершения программного лечения острой лимфобластной лейкемии (ОЛЛ). Это составило 1,01% из 298 живых детей в возрасте до 18 лет с первично диагностированным ОЛЛ, получивших лечение в отделении гематологии и интенсивной химиотерапии ЗУСДМЦ в период с февраля 1993 г. по январь 2018 г. согласно программам химиотерапии ALL-BFM и INTRFANT-99/06. В соответствии с требованиями протокольного лечения химиотерапия применялась и в лечении части больных — облучение центральной нервной системы. Проведенный анализ свидетельствует, что благодаря современной терапии уровень заболеваемости вторичными опухолями после инициального лечения ОЛЛ остается низким на протяжении 25 лет наблюдения. Полученные результаты сопоставлены с данными других онкогематологических центров.
