Аннотация

В статье на основании литературных источников продемонстрирована роль клеточных реакций в развитии иммунного ответа при пневмонии, вызванной Klebsiella pneumoniae. Описаны особенности клеточной реакции иммунной системы в легочной ткани во время клебсиеллезной инфекции, механизмы рекрутирования и активации провоспалительных иммуноцитов, процессы бактериального киллинга, которые обеспечивают эффективный саногенез при клебсиеллезной пневмонии.
