Социальная ориентация подготовки педиатра на последипломном этапе

Дети и подростки в подавляющем большинстве случаев испытывают медико-социальные проблемы, требующие комплексного подхода к их решению. В современных условиях необходимым направлением профилактической работы является организация медико-социальной помощи детскому населению.
Цель: анализ основных проблем подготовки педиатров по вопросам формирования здорового образа жизни и оказания медико-социальной помощи детям и подросткам.
Материалы и методы. Проведено анкетирование 32 слушателей предаттестационного цикла по специальности «Педиатрия», среди которых было 28 педиатров первичного звена и 4 работали в стационаре.
Результаты. Наиболее востребованной в практической деятельности информацией являются вопросы формирования потребности здорового образа жизни, выявления детей, находящихся в трудной жизненной ситуации, диагностики посттравматических стрессовых расстройств, реабилитации детей с ограниченными возможностями и медико-социального сопровождения при организации первичной медико-социальной помощи.
Выводы. Для оптимизации профессиональной подготовки врачей первичного звена необходимо создавать кафедры (курсы) по поликлинической педиатрии. Приоритетным направлением последипломного обучения должна быть подготовка «социально ориентированного педиатра». Необходимо пересмотреть учебные планы и программы для интернов и циклы тематического усовершенствования; увеличить продолжительность обучения вопросам социальной педиатрии; разработать алгоритмы медико-социального сопровождения детей из групп социального риска при организации медико-социальной помощи.
