В лекции изложены современные взгляды на факторы риска, патогенез, основные морфологические критерии гранулематоза с полиангиитом (гранулематоза Вегенера). Подробно изложены клиническая манифестация легочного синдрома при данном системном васкулите, основные диагностические критерии и принципы лечения.
