В статье приведен обзор литературных данных, посвящённых проблеме гастроэзофагеальной рефлюксной болезни. Рассмотрены вопросы факторов риска, методов диагностики, прогнозирования течения данного заболевания у детей разного возраста и современные подходы к лечению.
