Болезнь Виллебранда: проблемы определения и стандартизация классификации

Болезнь Виллебранда (vWD) — это генетическое расстройство свертывания крови, которое передается с помощью аутосомных генетических факторов и связано как с количественным, так и с качественным дефектом фактора Виллебранда. Описано много различных типов vWD, однако на основании исключительно фенотипической характеристики протеина, vWD является гетерогенным заболеванием, учитывая клинические и лабораторные манифестации, которые являются основой патогенетических механизмов его развития. Проведенный генетический анализ позволил идентифицировать дополнительную гетерогенность среди различных типов болезни с подобными фенотипическими характеристиками. Несмотря на то, что классификация vWD постоянно дополняется и пересматривается, остаются неясности в критериях ее классификации, что требует постоянных научных исследований.
