Клинические проявления и подходы к диагностике синдрома непереносимости гистамина у детей

Целью работы было обобщить данные литературы и личные наблюдения относительно особенностей течения и диагностики синдрома непереносимости гистамина (СНГ) у детей. Нами обследовано 28 детей с клиническими проявленими СНГ в возрасте от 3 до 12 лет. Средний возраст детей состави 5 лет 9 месяцев. Диагноз СНГ у этих пациентов был подтвержден проведенным кожным прик-тестом с 1% раствором гистамина. У детей с СНГ к симптоматическому лечению добавили индивидуально разработанные диетические рекомендации с исключением продуктов богатых гистамином. Использование в комплексном лечении детей с проявлениями СНГ элиминационной диеты показало уменьшение клинических проявлений СНГ на этапах лечения.Библиографические ссылки
