Влияние физической активности на уровень умственной работоспособности школьников, обучающихся по разным программам

В статье рассматриваются вопросы физической активности школьников, обучающихся по разным программам. Проведен анализ влияния физической активности на умственную работоспособность школьников. Наглядно показано влияние разного уровня физической активности на уровень умственной работоспособности на примере учеников 10–11 лет, обучающихся по меритократической и традиционной программами образования.
