Принципы ведения детей с частыми и рецидивирующими заболеваниями дыхательных путей (обзор литературы)

Аннотация

Дети с рецидивирующими заболеваниями дыхательных путей, в частности «часто болеющие дети» и больные рецидивирующим бронхитом, требуют не только лечения в остром периоде, но и разработки программ длительного ведения с восстановительным лечением вне острого периода. Такой подход позволит защитить ребенка от полипрагмазии, ее негативных последствий и способствовать полноценному функциональному восстановлению организма. На этапе восстановительного лечения целесообразно применение галоаерозольтерапии в сочетании с другими физическими факторами общего воздействия, которые способствуют усилению лечебного эффекта.
