Аннотация

Здоровье человека, прежде всего, зависит от того, чем он питается, и какой образ жизни ведет. Важнейшая роль микробиоценоза в продолжительности и качестве жизни человека была показана великим ученым И.И. Мечниковым. Именно бактерии, которые населяют кишечник человека, влияют на частоту острой инфекционной и формирование хронической заболеваемости, а также на состояние иммунной защиты человека. Одним из самых важных аспектов формирования здоровья ребенка является рациональное питание с обязательным включением в него молочнокислой продукции. В таком виде продукции очень важны ее качество и безопасность, а также видовой состав бактерий или их комбинаций, которые используются при приготовлении кисломолочного продукта. Одной из самых изученных, эффективных и безопасных комбинаций в мире является симбиоз Lactobacillus acidophilus LA-5® и Bifidobacterium ВВ-12® (subsp. Lactis), который используется в качестве закваски для кисломолочного напитка «Билакт Агуша».
