Использование комплексов микронутриентов в педиатрии: польза и потенциальные риски

Статья посвящена дискуссии по поводу целесообразности использования мультинаборов витаминов и минералов в педиатрической практике. Обсуждаются вопросы значения сбалансированного питания для организма ребенка, влияния его нарушений на развитие нутритивно зависимых заболеваний. Анализируются причины высокой распространенности дефицита микронутриентов в современном мире, стратегии его профилактики на массовом и индивидуальном уровне. Особое внимание уделяется вопросам целесообразности и безопасности использования комплексов микроэлементов (витаминов и минералов), критериям их выбора для детей разных возрастных групп и с разным функциональным состоянием организма.
