Особенности микробиоты кишечника новорожденного ребенка и коррекция ее нарушений

Аннотация

Статья посвящена вопросам обоснования выбора пробиотиков для коррекции нарушений микробиоценоза кишечника у новорожденных и детей раннего возраста. Проанализированы факторы, влияющие на формирование микробиоты кишечника новорожденного. Приведены современные данные, касающиеся основных составляющих микрофлоры кишечника ребенка на разных этапах формирования микробиоценоза. Рассматривается состав микробиоты здорового новорожденного на грудном вскармливании как эталон формирования биоценоза кишечника. Сделан вывод о преимуществах использования пробиотического штамма Bifidobacterium animalis subsp. lactis для коррекции нарушений микробиоценоза у детей раннего возраста.
