Аннотация

В обзоре литературы приведены данные современных исследований об иммунотропных характеристиках полиненасыщенных жирных кислот (ω-3 ПНЖК) и перспективах их клинического применения. Практическое использование ω-3 ПНЖК позволяет решать важные тактические и стратегические задачи терапии и профилактики воспалительных заболеваний различного генеза (инфекционного, аллергического, аутоиммунного) у детей, что связано с универсальным регулирующим механизмом иммунотропного влияния — защитным и противовоспалительным, в зависимости от исходного состояния иммунной активности. Данные эффекты открывают реальные перспективы безопасного иммуномодулирующего воздействия в педиатрии через метаболические механизмы регуляции синтеза и функционирования иммунных клеток.
