Резюме. В статье представлены современные представления об особенностях епидемиологии, етиопатогенеза, клиники, диагностики, лечения болезни Такаясу у детей и подростков. Болезнь Такаясу - это хроническое, рецидивирующее воспалительное заболевание аорты и ее основных веток неизвестного происхождения. Распространенность заболевания невысокая, чаще болезнь Такаясу встречается у женщин. Симптомы болезни Такаясу неспецифичны. В лечении болезни Такаясу используются глюкокортикостероиды, цитостатики, генно-инженерные биологические препараты, для устранения окклюзий сосудов используется хирургическое лечение.
