Множественная антибактериальная резистентность Streptococcus pneumoniaе. Возможности эмпирической антибактериальной терапия пневмококковой инфекции у детей

Аннотация

Определен уровень резистентности к антимикробным препаратам S. pneumoniaе, выделенных из носоглотки здоровых детей до 5 лет (n=180). Выявлен высокий уровень мультирезистентности (35,0%). Предложены рекомендации по рациональной антибиотикотерапии пневмококковой инфекции, основанные на локальных данных.
