Эпштейн—Барр вирусная инфекция у детей

Вирус Эпштейн—Барр (EBV) — чрезвычайно распространенный в популяции вирус, возбудитель инфекционного мононуклеоза, персистирует бессимптомно на протяжении всей жизни у инфицированных лиц. В отличие от других герпесвирусов, реактивация EBV не имеет существенного значения в клинической практике, за исключением иммуноскомпрометированных пациентов (Х-сцепленный лимфопролиферативный синдром, иммуносупрессия после трансплантации), у которых развиваются лимфопролиферативные заболевания. Вирус Эпштейн—Барр ассоциируется с развитием злокачественных опухолей. Первичная EBV-инфекция обычно бессимптомная у детей раннего возраста, в старшем возрасте протекает с классическими симптомами: лихорадка, фарингит, лимфаденопатия. Выздоровление полное через несколько недель после начала заболевания. Основой лечения EBV-индуцированного инфекционного мононуклеоза является симптоматическая терапия. Назначение противовирусных препаратов и кортикостероидов в лечении первичной EBV-инфекции остается дискутабельным и в целом не рекомендуется.Ключевые слова: вирус Эпштейн—Барр, инфекционный мононуклеоз, дети.
