Бронхиальная астма и аллергический ринит у детей до 6 лет: особенности терапии коморбидной патологии

В статье представлен современный взгляд на проблему бронхиальной астмы и аллергического ринита как коморбидной патологии у детей. Рассмотрена концепция единого хронического аллергического респираторного синдрома. Согласно международным и национальным рекомендациям по ведению больных бронхиальной астмой и аллергическим ринитом определено место антилейкотриенов в лечении сочетанной респираторной аллергии. Представлены рекомендации в отношении комплайенса в терапии детей с бронхиальной астмой и пути ее оптимизации. Научно обосновано применение монтелукаста в лечении аллергического ринита и бронхиальной астмы у детей.
