Toll-подобные рецепторы: роль врожденного иммунитета в патогенезе преждевременных родов и механизмах повреждения центральной нервной системы у недоношенных детей

Представлен современный взгляд на строение, механизмы функционирования и биологическое значение Toll-подобных рецепторов. Особое внимание уделено роли рецепторов врожденного иммунитета в патофизиологии преждевременных родов и освещению патогенетических механизмов повреждения тканей центральной нервной системы у недоношенных детей.
