Амоксициллин/клавуланат в клинической практике врача-педиатра

Резистентность к противомикробным препаратам — серьезная проблема современной медицины. В качестве одного из эффективных способов борьбы с резистентностью микроорганизмов является комбинация бета-лактамных антибиотиков с ингибитором бета-лактамаз. Первым анти-β-лактамазным агентом была клавулановая кислота, полученная в начале 70-х годов XX века из культуры грибка Streptomyces clavuligerus. В 1972 г. появился новый антибактериальный препарат из группы пенициллинов — амоксициллин. Спектр его противомикробной активности и возможность орального приема определили выбор для создания комбинированного препарата — амоксициллин/клавуланата, что значительно расширило сферу применения препарата.
